Parkour and conditioning
Well now i got one of these, ill probs put permanat link to my video on here so they are easy to find.
Anyway, started my conditoning regime now and its going well. but doing an arm day then going to work and lifting 25kg of poataoes and 18 kg of bananas all day probally isnt the best idea im still sticking with the conditioning. Still sticking with self parkour seshions and trying to get climb-ups properlly now which is fun.
